All of our hunts are fully-guided on private land. We do not mix our hunting parties and an experienced guide will remain with your group for the duration of your hunt. We have a kennel of Labradors that are well-trained and eager to hunt. If you would like to bring your dog, please inquire about pen availability at the time you make your reservation.

We provide transportation in-field to safely accommodate hunters, dogs and equipment. For our guests at River Hills Lodge, the 3-station shooting clay deck is available for additional shooting practice.

Deer Hunts

Our limited deer hunt packages are offered at $4,000. per gun. The 5 night/4 day hunt package includes private room accommodation, field transportation, meals, and fully-guided hunting on over 8,000 acres of private land. Hunters will need to secure their deer license through the SD Game & Fish. Deadline for applying is July 25, 2008. If you do not qualify for a rifle license, archery licenses are available through SD G&F. Please review the handout on Deer Hunting at River Hills Lodge. We also offer a combination mule deer/pheasant hunt package for $5,600/person.
